Cancellation Policy
T.S. & F. Consultant and Management LLC (TSF) Seminar Booking Policy 1. Booking Process Clients can request a seminar booking through our website or by contacting us directly. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from TSF. 2. Payment and Fees Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [specified percentage] is required to secure the booking, payable within [specified timeframe] of confirmation. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due [specified number] days before the seminar. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellation Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule up to [specified number] days before the seminar. Late rescheduling may not be accommodated and could result in forfeiting the deposit. Cancellation: Cancellations more than [specified number] days before the seminar will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations less than [specified number] days before will require payment of [specified percentage] of the total fee. TSF Changes: If TSF needs to reschedule or cancel, clients will be offered a reschedule or a full refund. 4. Audio and Visual Recording No audio or visual recording is allowed without prior written consent from TSF. Violators may be removed without a refund and could face legal action. 5. Seminar Materials and Intellectual Property All seminar materials are for personal use only and are the intellectual property of TSF. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 6. Limitation of Liability TSF is not liable for any losses due to changes, rescheduling, or cancellations beyond our control. 7. Acceptance of Terms By booking a seminar, the client agrees to these terms. 8. Governing Law This policy is governed by the laws of the state in which TSF operates.
